Refund & Return Policy


We issue a full refund with no hassle if any customer is unsatisfied with our products within the 30-day period upon receipt of the item. Simply contact us with your order number and we will respond to your concerns in 24 hours or less.
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Return Eligibility
To be approved for a refund, your item must be in the same condition when you received it, including the original packaging. Please be reminded that the following goods cannot be returned: 
  • Food Items
  • Health & Pet Care Items
  • Used Clothes
  • Used Toys
  • Used Beds or Blankets

DO NOT SEND USED ITEMS. If a returned product shows it has been used, refund will not be approved. Avoid the shipping expense for returning used items.

Refund Exemption
Unfortunately, if the request has been made 30 days after your purchase, we can’t offer a refund and/or exchange of items. Additionally, we cannot allow a refund if the item is either not in its original condition or damaged with missing parts for reasons not caused by our store.
Avoid the shipping expense for items if they can't reach our offices within the 30-day window.

Late/Missing Refunds
In case the refund amount is not yet returned to your account after the date agreed upon, please check with your bank account again. For credit card users, contact your provider as it may take time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thebarkingdogmarket.com.

Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is because there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Item Exchange
    As a rule, we can only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, you may send us an email at support@thebarkingdogmarket.com. Once we received your request, we will start processing your order. It may take some time for the exchanged product to reach you depending on your location.
